Requirements

  • Willingness to undertake a 3-year Level 6 Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship
  • Ability to attend university on a block release basis and travel as required
  • Interest in Sales and Marketing within the construction, mining, and energy industries

Responsibilities

  • Undertake six-month placements in functional areas including Sales, Marketing (Product Marketing, Promotions, Exhibition Management, Brand Management), Future Technologies (e.g., batteries, alternative fuels), Aftermarket Parts (including digital), and the Strategy Team
  • Participate in on-the-job training supported by mentors
  • Spend at least 20% of working hours on university-based learning leading to a Level 6 Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship certificate and BA (Hons) in Business Management
  • Deliver business contributions, such as participating in 6 Sigma teams, project teams, shaping and delivering customer visits, or developing sales propositions
  • Collaborate with various parts of the business to support dealer efforts, train customers, sell products, and launch campaigns
  • Gain end-to-end understanding of the business and industry knowledge
