Responsibilities

The Legal Researcher will research legal requirements and manage licensing and compliance for various product offerings based on federal and state laws. This role involves researching local laws and regulations in China, conducting thorough contract reviews, and ensuring compliance with state insurance, finance, and data privacy laws. The researcher will also draft and review agreements with partners and vendors, and assist in the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company's legal and compliance policies and procedures to effectively manage legal and business risks.
