The Legal Operations Coordinator will manage legal invoices and spend, including processing invoices, managing eBilling platforms, and preparing reports on legal spend, accruals, and budgets. They will maintain and optimize legal technology tools, monitor shared inboxes, and provide user support and basic training. This role involves supporting cross-functional and legal projects by tracking timelines and deliverables, assisting with change management initiatives, and creating/maintaining legal department resources. Additionally, the coordinator will handle ad hoc requests and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
