Candidates must be a US-licensed and US-based attorney with a minimum of 4 years of experience, preferably with some in-house experience. Expertise in IP and business litigation is required, along with comfort working with technology and engineers. The ideal candidate is humble, has a low ego, and is committed to empowering colleagues.
The Litigation Counsel will manage outside litigation counsel for IP and other matters, evaluate IP licensing letters, and negotiate IP licensing and settlement agreements. They will manage litigation budgets, support sales and customer support with disputes, and respond to third-party subpoenas. The role involves advising business partners on litigation risks, reviewing contractual provisions, and collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams.
Enhances broadband services for providers
