Requirements
Candidates must have post-qualification experience as a UK or Ireland employment lawyer, with expertise in advisory and litigation employment law covering the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, HR policies, benefits, and terminations. A keen interest in HR-tech and a willingness to learn international employment law are essential. Proficiency in English is required, with fluency in another language being an advantage. Prior experience in both law firm and in-house settings, as well as international employment experience, is ideal but not strictly necessary; a strong willingness to handle international employment issues is required. Experience working remotely is considered a plus.
Responsibilities

They will support the global Employment Legal Team on various jurisdictions, including managing internal projects and instructing local counsels. Key responsibilities include improving processes, templates, and knowledge resources, promoting a compliance-focused approach, and providing practical solutions to employment law challenges.
