Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in relevant jurisdiction(s)
  • Significant experience in corporate legal practice, preferably in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or life sciences
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, FDA regulations, intellectual property, contracts, and corporate governance
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Willingness to comply with onsite protocol (site-essential or hybrid model requiring at least 50% onsite presence)
