Requirements

  • Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office software, specifically Word and Excel

Responsibilities

  • Identify and correct spelling, grammar, and verbiage errors in attorney invoices
  • Detect formatting and compositional errors
  • Follow attorney/client specific instructions regarding edits and corrections to invoices
  • Utilize automated review process if applicable
  • Maintain a daily working knowledge and mastery of attorney/client guidelines as they pertain to NEP
  • Research and resolve inquiries and problems
  • Act as a backup to team members and be proactive in assisting others to ensure deadlines are met
  • Perform other responsibilities and ad hoc tasks as assigned
