Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and demonstrate a solid understanding of corporate governance and legal principles. Experience with administrative tasks, including file management, document scanning, and record-keeping, is preferred. Familiarity with AML/KYC procedures and REIT operations is also beneficial.
The Legal Analyst will support the General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer by performing administrative tasks such as maintaining legal files, assisting with tax-related forms, and supporting corporate secretarial functions. They will also contribute to corporate entity formation, AML/KYC questionnaires, REIT and fund assistance, and provide administrative backup to the Legal Department, including drafting corporate documents and assisting with SEC filings.
