Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or at least 3-4 years of full sales cycle experience (commercial real estate experience preferred, not required)
  • Ability or willingness to learn WeWork data systems to produce reports on building, sub-market & market performance
  • Ability to establish and nurture internal key relationships (e.g. Community, Inside Sales, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Salesforce a plus
  • Quick learner and excited to take in the real estate industry
  • Strong interpersonal skills and presence
  • Entrepreneurial & resilient mindset

Responsibilities

  • Owning the full sales cycle for WeWork offices with new and existing members by fielding inbound leads, managing the existing pipeline, creating demand through lead generation & prospecting and collaborating with internal partners
  • Utilizing creative sales strategies to win business and ensure the successful placement of new members
  • Structuring deals to optimize sales outcomes and understanding how different deal structures relate to WeWork’s overall business objectives
  • Building a deep understanding of the local sub-market, inclusive of local attractions, parking, changing trends, nearby competitors, and pricing
  • Maintaining a strong grasp of WeWork’s physical spaces, value prop & platform
  • Creating and continuing relationships with members, potential new members and key internal teams (e.g., REA, Operations, Legal, and other Sales functions)
  • Accountable for sales and defined occupancy targets in 2-3 WeWork assets, driving new sales and renewals for WeWork offices of <50 person (~5K RSF or less) requirements
