Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience as a learning expert
Experience within leadership development and learning design
Relevant educational background, such as a degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Education, Business, or a related field
Facilitation skills and the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and seniority levels
A structured and analytical mindset with focus on quality and impact
Curiosity, proactivity, and passion for learning and development
Willingness to focus on continuous improvement of learning quality and delivery
Responsibilities
Acting as the firm’s responsible for leadership training and development in Deloitte Denmark, maintaining a close link between central learning initiatives and business needs
Developing Deloitte Denmark’s leadership programme portfolio across levels and functions
Facilitating and co-facilitating selected programmes and workshops, including both leadership and other learning areas
Partnering with business stakeholders, HR, and learning colleagues to ensure programmes address current and future leadership priorities
Using feedback, data, and insights to continuously improve programme design, content, and delivery
Staying current on leadership and learning trends to continuously strengthen the leadership programme portfolio, while ensuring high quality and driving continuous improvement
Providing learning advisory support to various stakeholders
Collaborating closely with the business to embed core learning elements and ensure programmes are aligned with business needs
