Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Organizational Talent Reviews with all leaders involved within the role scope, Employee Assessments (competencies, skills, 360, behaviors, motivation etc.)
  • Report talent metrics
  • Support leaders for development activities and career planning, continuously monitor talents and their development actions
  • Ensure active usage of Workday tools
  • Ensure solid Performance Management process across the scope in line with corporate timeline: all levels of employees & managers are aware and trained
  • Ensure completion rate on time for Performance Management
  • Coordinate Workday processes for Performance Management
  • Support calibration process for all levels
  • Support Blue chips definition and communication
  • Provide high-quality internal and external Training & Development programs in line with defined Framework and IDP: Coordinate onboarding process is properly followed, plan and organize training and management development programs to support the organization's initiatives
  • Deliver internal and external training programs for employees
  • Implement and coordinate career development programs, mentoring and coaching programs for employees
  • Administer learning platforms and learning management systems
  • Coordinate Graduate and Internship Programs
  • Coordinate engagement systems deployment and usage by all level of managers and employees; Maintain action plans definition and implementation
  • Talent Management Communication & Marketing campaigns
  • Skip level meetings organization
  • Coordinate corporate culture promotion through cultural workshops and other relevant activities
  • Support career architecture processes, skill matrices, career path; Communication and consultancy to all employees
