HR professional with learning and development experience
Experience contributing to large-scale talent/workforce transformation programmes as a management consultant or as an HR professional in a large/global organisation
Responsibilities
Develop learning strategies and create impactful learning solutions including the design, development, and deployment of learning programmes incorporating learning technology and innovation
Develop our full suite of learning offerings and products across a variety of topics including but not limited to leadership development, AI fluency and sustainability
Act as a trusted advisor to clients and solve complex challenges utilising a combination of experience, industry knowledge, tools and technology
Build the business aligned to overall organisational and service line targets by identifying opportunities, capitalising on stakeholder relationships, and building the sales pipeline
Accountable for business development by participating in proposition development, contributing to new business proposals and taking roles in industry and internal Account teams
Lead out on one or more projects ensuring timely delivery of milestones and deliverables, delivering value to our clients and managing project and service line commercials
Develop the team members by identifying their strengths, coaching and proposing changes to the ways of working as appropriate
Build subject matter expertise on learning and development topics through research and experience to bring leading market insights to the clients
