Responsibilities

  • Maintain close contact with the Global Organization Development team, leverage resources to build organizational development capabilities in Shanghai Disney Resort HR, and develop toolkits and resources
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to conduct organizational diagnosis, analyze needs, and provide learning & development strategies and solutions
  • Use facilitation and problem-solving tools to design and lead business workshops/discussions (e.g., brainstorming, strategy formation, problem-solving, team collaboration, retrospectives)
  • Localize global Disney leadership development programs based on Shanghai Disney Resort's business and leadership needs, adjusting content and delivery methods
  • Manage execution of leadership development projects, including scheduling classes, lecturer resources, learner communication, and attendance monitoring
  • Develop frameworks and annual plans for soft skills and standardized courses based on global resources, act as product manager to optimize quality and effectiveness
  • Design and deliver soft skills courses, develop internal trainers to enrich lecturer resources
  • Formulate overall digital learning strategy for Disney University, build and operate digital platforms, enhance employee digital learning experience and blended learning effectiveness
  • Build L&D digital capabilities (e.g., micro-lessons, blended learning projects, online project management/operation/evaluation)
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to develop digital platforms, enrich content/functions, and convert existing courses to online/blended formats
  • Provide consulting and customized L&D solutions for departments needing online content
  • Build career development framework and resources for Shanghai Disney Resort based on global models
  • Promote career development culture via platforms/channels (e.g., online learning, internal comms, mentoring, Disney University events) through storytelling, capability building, and resource sharing
  • Manage L&D projects as project manager/core member: define goals, plans, resources, metrics; collaborate with business partners; solve issues; ensure delivery
  • Develop communication strategies, use channels and storytelling to promote concepts/key info; manage stakeholder relationships and project updates
  • Manage team resources/processes for Disney University operations, supervise efficient goal achievement
  • Develop and coach team members to enhance capabilities and build collaborative teams
  • Assist department head in establishing/optimizing university operational processes/rules and managing daily operations
