The Learning Design Professional 2 will design and deliver learning solutions using instructional design and adult learning theory to address knowledge or performance gaps. This role involves facilitating training both virtually and in-person, evaluating and organizing content, and developing various training formats including instructor-led, self-paced, and blended learning. Key duties include facilitating sessions on camera and face-to-face, identifying learning needs, collaborating with subject matter experts, and utilizing collaborative tools like Zoom, Outlook, CSOD, and OneNote. The professional will also track and analyze program effectiveness through learner feedback, proficiency assessments, and performance metrics, reporting findings to business partners for collaborative improvements.
