Requirements

Candidates should possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in Learning and Capability Development, Learning & Development, or a similar role, along with experience in building and operationalizing skill taxonomies, capability frameworks, or role-based skills matrices. They should be able to map skills to learning paths and progression models, and have demonstrated ability to design, prototype, and scale learning programs.

Responsibilities

The Learning & Capability Development Manager will own the strategy, design, and delivery of high-priority learning programs, including AI fluency, operational excellence, data literacy, leadership capabilities, among others, leveraging AI, learning science, and rapid prototyping to build scalable and engaging learning experiences that meet business needs. They will act as the primary learning partner for functional leaders, translating business challenges into learning interventions with measurable outcomes, integrate learning technology such as Apollo’s Learning Platforms (Sana and 7Taps) and AI tools (ChatGPT, NotionAI), partner with SMEs to define role-specific skills and build programs to close critical skill gaps, and set up evaluation mechanisms to measure impact and continuously improve learning interventions.
