Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or a related field, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering, and demonstrate knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and experience in a line production environment within the automobile industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, along with proficient English language skills, are required.
The Lean Product and Process Development (LPPD) Intern will create documentation for LPPD, actively participate in LPPD meetings, support the preparation of LPPD workshops, assist with design and documentation of LPPD, support the development and implementation of new LPPD tools, including bottleneck elimination, provide support to TTT plants in LPPD application, and contribute to the LPPD continuous improvement process.
