Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in supply chain or engineering
6+ years of progressive business experience in a regulated industry, with a strong background in supply chain
Certification in industry or university Lean/Six Sigma/Process Excellence is required
Proven experience in leading cross-functional projects and managing multiple priorities within a matrix organization
Excellent collaboration, communication, and influencing skills with the ability to engage partners at all levels
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, coupled with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

Responsibilities

Develop and lead a communications and change management strategy in partnership with Vision Supply Chain leaders
Lead development and implementation of JJV Business Processes using Lean methodology, including annual goal setting, tracking, metrics, and business level updates
Collect and/or create best-in-practice Lean tools across internal, external, and industry sources; lead communication, training, and implementation of tools across JJV supply chain (e.g., Tier Daily Management, 5S, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Problem Solving, Strategy Deployment, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Kaizen, etc.)
Foster Lean and Six Sigma training and coaching programs
Partner with Talent & Culture teams to drive capability assessments and mitigate capability gaps
Deliver against the JJV and functional productivity, cost, inventory, capacity, and lead time annual and long-term goals; lead cross-functional kaizens and events as needed
Instill a culture of continuous improvement, and a mindset of challenging the status quo
Adapt to a constantly evolving environment and leverage change as an opportunity to improve processes and tools
Plan and deliver trainings in improvement methodologies to raise the organizational acumen
Coach partners in application of Lean methodology and tools
