Requirements

  • Good analytical process skills, able to connect shop floor activities to data-driven improvements
  • Multiple years of experience with shopfloor LEAN conversion, demonstrating ability to identify, prioritize, and improve the 8 wastes and flow through practical Kaizens that improve targeted KPIs
  • Fluent in both Danish and English
  • Experience in a similar DBSL role, Lean Partner, CI Leader, Operational Excellence partner, or equivalent Lean Program role
  • Proficiency in Kaizen Events, with experience leading and facilitating them and proof of sustaining results
  • Ability to travel 1 to 2 weeks per year

Responsibilities

  • Support and coach value stream managers during implementation of DBS Fundamental Tools in site value streams
  • Support DBS continuous improvement culture by providing training and organizing Kaizen Bootcamps
  • Develop site DBS competencies, manage DBS Agents' activities, and Certified Practitioners (CP) development
  • Ensure Kaizen is the way of life and results are sustained by driving local and site Kaizen funnel management
  • Drive continuous improvement culture and coach implementation of Danaher Business System (DBS) tools through Kaizen events to enhance operational efficiency, quality, delivery, and cost across manufacturing and supporting processes
