Responsibilities

Primäre Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Leadless-Implantationen gemäß Gebrauchsanweisung unter Anwendung von Best Practices, klinischen Daten und umfassender technischer Expertise
Zusammenarbeit mit lokalen Vertriebsteams zur sicheren Ausweitung der Leadless-Therapie und zur Wissensvermittlung
Unterstützung regionaler (EMEA) Ärzte-Trainingsprogramme in enger Abstimmung mit dem EMEA Leadless Education Team
Aufbau vertrauensvoller Beziehungen zu implantierenden Ärzt:innen durch technische und klinische Kompetenz
Organisation und Durchführung lokaler Schulungsaktivitäten inkl. Simulationen, Troubleshooting und Trainings für Krankenhauspersonal und Abbott Teams
Aktive Mitwirkung an der Zertifizierung von Abbott-Mitarbeitenden gemäß EMEA-Richtlinien
Administrative Aufgaben wie Fallverfolgung und Monitoring des Trainingsfortschritts
Feedback an interne Stakeholder zur Optimierung der Kundenerfahrung
