Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field, engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Clinical experience with medical devices, ideally with Cardiac Rhythm Management products
  • Comfortable working in medical environments including labs and hospitals
  • Strong analytical skills for evaluating complex devices
  • Proven ability to lead and influence customers confidently
  • Experience with medical simulators (e.g. Mentice, CAE Healthcare), professional training, and/or sales experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Austria and the EMEA region

Responsibilities

  • Provide primary case support for initial leadless implants, applying best practices, clinical data, and technical expertise
  • Collaborate with local sales teams to expand leadless therapy and transfer technical knowledge
  • Support EMEA physician training programs through hands-on facilitation in partnership with the EMEA education team
  • Build trusted relationships with physician implanters through demonstrated technical and clinical acumen
  • Organize and deliver local education and training activities, including simulated procedures and troubleshooting
  • Assist in certifying local Abbott personnel
  • Manage administrative tasks such as case tracking and monitoring physician training progress
  • Provide feedback to internal teams to enhance customer experience
