Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a field related to data analysis or a comparable experience, along with a minimum of 8 years of experience in reporting, analytics, and project management. Expertise in crafting advanced reports, dashboards, and calculated fields within Workday HCM, Recruiting, and Workday reporting tools, such as Advanced Reporting, Prism Analytics, and BIRT is required. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and proficiency in SQL are also necessary.

Responsibilities

As a Lead Workday Reporting Analyst, you will serve as a Workday Reporting expert, partnering with leaders to understand business requirements and provide sophisticated solutions. You will mentor teammates, collaborate with the HRIS team, evaluate new functionality, deliver accurate and timely data for business decisions, build and automate self-service reports and dashboards, audit data integrity, and investigate concerns to improve data quality. Additionally, you will actively share product knowledge with peers and support leaders with strategic projects and tactical reporting analysis requests.
