Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily activities of facilities technicians and provide direction, support, and feedback
  • Act as the primary point of contact for on-site facilities operations
  • Train and mentor team members, promoting safety and operational best practices
  • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs for building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire/life safety, security, etc.)
  • Ensure all facilities work meets company standards, codes, and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor and respond to service requests, escalating urgent issues as needed
  • Enforce compliance with OSHA regulations, fire safety codes, and environmental requirements along with EHS Manager
  • Maintain and update safety documentation, inspection logs, and maintenance records
  • Support company safety initiatives and participate in safety audits and training
  • Coordinate vendor work schedules and verify quality of completed work
