Requirements

Highly technical background with experience managing public-facing APIs and/or API-heavy product development life cycles
Proven ability to lead and deliver complex, cross-functional technical projects on time, within budget, and aligned to business objectives
Strong technical problem-solving skills to understand technologies, challenge assumptions, and push for clarity in multi-team efforts
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse audiences including leadership, business, product, engineering, design, and operations
Experience bridging business and technology, working with product managers and engineering leads to define requirements, manage risks, and drive execution
Ability to influence, negotiate, unblock issues, and make key decisions
Experience designing, documenting, and executing programs across geographically distributed teams and partners
Alignment with eBay’s cultural values and passion for delivering APIs and improving developer ecosystems

Responsibilities

Lead and deliver complex, cross-functional technical projects, ensuring they meet business and customer needs
Deliver eBay’s highest-priority product initiatives for developers on time, with quality, and aligned to business goals
Drive programs supporting the end-to-end developer journey, from discovery and onboarding to ongoing support and engagement
Partner with diverse teams (leadership, engineering, business, product, design, operations) to align on strategy and create clear execution plans
Influence, negotiate, unblock, and make key decisions to help teams hit targets
Design, document, and execute efficient programs across geographically distributed teams and partners
Help other program managers build clear, repeatable practices to improve speed, coordination, and consistency
Act as the “hub” of the team, keeping teams together, focused, and facilitating innovative cross-functional problem-solving
