Responsibilities

The Lead Technical Product Manager will define the scope of a feature through product discovery and collaboration with the workstream. They will identify the smallest possible unit of value for the team to ship and lead customer calls to gather product feedback. The role involves drafting a product strategy by turning ambiguity into a defined plan that achieves the right customer outcomes and business impact. The manager will also context-switch across bugs, discovery, in-flight work, and launch planning while laying the groundwork for product practices and processes to ensure the team can define and deliver the highest impact work as they grow.
