Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and technical requirements (Waterfall) or user stories (Agile)
  • Serve as the vital link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring seamless communication and project alignment
  • Lead and coordinate validation, verification, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to guarantee solutions meet business needs and quality standards
  • Manage changes to requirements/user stories, assess project impacts, and identify and mitigate associated risks
  • Partner in project planning activities, including developing timelines and resource plans to drive successful outcomes
  • Proactively identify and implement process improvements for requirements management and user story development
  • Leverage data analysis and process modeling techniques to inform decision-making and enhance project results
  • Champion continuous improvement and foster a culture of collaboration across cross-functional teams
