Candidates must possess a strong understanding of security, data, cloud, service, and solution design principles, with experience in both high-level (HLD) and low-level (LLD) design. A UK Government Security Check (SC) clearance is required, or the ability to obtain one with a minimum of 5 years of UK residency, and at least 12 months of recent Central Government experience are strongly preferred.
The Lead Solution Architect will research and develop high-level and detailed solution designs, monitor technical deliverables against those designs, contribute to technical Change Requests, maintain and monitor solutions against non-functional requirements and design principles, support solution option analysis, maintain the AsIs design, capture the technology stack, and closely collaborate with DevOps and application development teams to guide solution implementation.
