Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, cybersecurity, or have equivalent experience. A minimum of 10 years in the industry working on security, privacy, and engineering is required, along with proven experience with Cloud and Networking infrastructure and security on AWS, GCP, or Azure. A good understanding of the Linux Operating System, Networking, Security Monitoring, Intrusion Detection & Response, Authentication & Access Control, and Security Protocols is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Lead Software Security Engineer will design and implement security measures throughout the AI model development cycle, protect trained model weights, and shape policies and procedures to embed security into product design, infrastructure, and employee practices. They will construct and maintain a security-centric software development environment, architect rigorous protocols for customer data protection and compliance with standards like SOC2, GDPR, and ISO, and regularly perform penetration testing and security audits to detect and remediate vulnerabilities. Additionally, they will drive the blueprint and rollout of watertight strategies for on-premise deployments, including licensing validation, code encryption, and model encryption.
