Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field, with over 12 years of engineering or development experience. A minimum of 6 years is required in building Java-based, high-volume/high-transaction applications using Java, Spring, and REST, along with 4 years of experience in performance tuning, application monitoring, and designing Microservices architectures. Leadership experience in coaching engineers is necessary, alongside 2 years of experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, OpenStack, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Chef, Terraform), caching technologies (Redis), database technologies (Cassandra, Cosmos), and build/CI/CD technologies (GitHub, Maven, Jenkins, Nexus, Sonar). Proficiency in unit and function testing (Junit, Spock, Mockito/JMock, Selenium, Cucumber, SoapUI, Postman), Unix/Linux command line, and asynchronous message processing is essential. Certification in Java, Spring, or Azure technologies is preferred, as are excellent communication skills. Experience in Agile/Scrum/Kanban development teams and knowledge of AI-based skills for process automation and Java migration are also required.
