Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or an equivalent qualification, along with a minimum of 8 years of experience in developing large-scale web-based systems utilizing the Microsoft environment, specifically ASP.NET, .Net Core, C#, and SQL Server or related technologies. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, as is the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment and work independently. Experience working within an Agile development environment is preferred, and familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

As a Lead, Software Engineering, the individual will lead the development team, responsible for developing and implementing heavily transactional and multi-tiered web applications. They will provide level 2 & 3 support for their applications, collaborating closely with product and technical leads, assisting in refining technical requirements, and working with Technical Managers and other team members to enhance the value proposition of applications. The role involves collaborating with Product and Architecture teams to modernize applications and optimize solutions, while also providing mentoring and career development for the team.
