Requirements

Willing to travel to client sites throughout the UK on an ad hoc basis
Subject to satisfactory BPSS and SC security clearance, requiring 5 years continuous UK address history with no periods of 30 consecutive days or more outside the UK
Number of years building backend services in synchronous API-driven, message-driven, and event-driven integration paradigms
Fluent in at least one of: Java, Typescript, C#, Python, or Go
Recent experience building, deploying, and running cloud-native applications on AWS and/or Azure
Experience working in DevOps teams with industry-standard practices
Hands-on experience with GenAI or evidence of actively pursuing personal GenAI projects outside of work
Experience producing repeatable, automated tests for own work
Comfortable working collaboratively with people of all experience levels in an egoless way
Comfortable with change, willing to learn new things, and flex roles/tech stacks for client outcomes
Some experience leading a team and growing the careers of team members

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement cutting-edge digital applications tailored to unique business challenges across industries
Display technical leadership by guiding and collaborating with onshore and offshore developer team members during client projects to ensure successful outcomes
Spend time onsite with clients and partners as required for delivery
