Proven experience building and shipping production-level features using modern front-end frameworks like React is necessary. Proficiency with relational databases (SQL) and the ability to design and extend scalable data models are essential. Experience working in high-scale, distributed systems is required, along with a pride in writing clean, tested, organized, and elegant code. Candidates must be self-starters, proactive, quick learners, and possess excellent communication skills for collaborative, agile environments. Bonus points for deep experience with third-party API integrations, especially with third-party Traceability integration APIs.
The Senior Software Engineer will architect and develop mission-critical features for the traceability/compliance platform using C# (.NET), React, and SQL Server. They will design and build scalable services for integrating with Traceability systems in various markets, and partner with product and design to scope and plan work appropriately. Responsibilities include mentoring other engineers to unlock their potential, taking part in core architectural decisions, and developing mission-critical consumer flows for new features while experimenting on old ones. The engineer will also embrace the challenge of working with legacy systems, questioning assumptions, and contributing to exceptional product delivery in a fast-paced environment.
