Requirements

5+ years of experience in software engineering
2+ years of experience as a technical lead
Demonstrated ability to deliver high-scale backend services
Experience delivering vertical projects with new features requiring coordination across multiple teams
Experience delivering systems that scale to large numbers of customers/users over several years
Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate teams
