Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior facilities experience preferred
- Export compliance eligibility for access to U.S. controlled technology (U.S. citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, asylee/refugee, national of non-prohibited country via letter of assurance, or approved for export license)
Responsibilities
- Clean offices and designated plant areas (vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors, washing windows, emptying waste baskets, removing trash)
- Clean and sanitize lavatories and wash basins, clean mirrors, fill dispensers, mop floors
- Maintain inventory of supplies and order stock as needed
- Dump trash barrels, clean cafeteria, keep daily supplies stocked
- Make minor maintenance repairs (changing light bulbs, ceiling tiles); notify supervisor of other needed repairs
- Assist in snow removal, moving furniture, lawn care, and similar duties
- Develop and implement training plans for cleaning personnel
