Requirements

  • At least 6 years of experience in Services & Customer Contract Management
  • Knowledge level comparable to a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs

Responsibilities

  • Provide support in service maintenance contracts collection and upload within defined timelines and linearity
  • Perform opportunity mapping (Quarterly, Monthly), funnel creation and communication, periodic follow-up on progress on opportunity closure
  • Evaluate reasons for non-progress, highlight risks, track contract loadings, deviations, rejections, PDs, and other contract-related open items
  • Manage Extended warranty and Provisions, IB Reconciliation and clean-up, Non-MSA billing and VCP calculations
  • Publish Dealer rev reports and track GW and SSAs performance
  • Participate in region reviews and maintain a ready reckoner/dashboard for quick and easy view and interpretation
  • Analyze data and trends, provide recommendations related to Price gain, Capture rates etc. for PSR for global reviews
  • Execute within a well-defined operations framework following a step-by-step sequence of standard operational tasks
  • Be self-driven and accountable for the quality and timely completion of work
  • Apply general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience
  • Understand how work of own team contributes to the area
  • Resolve issues using established procedures; consult supervisor or senior team members for issues outside defined instructions/parameters
  • Collaborate with others to solve issues; for customer-facing roles, develop strong customer relationships and serve as the interface between customer and GE; exchange technical information, ask questions, and check for understanding
  • Provide necessary support on pre- and post-contractual administration & management, Terms & Conditions of the contract, and management of claims
  • Define, manage, and execute risk modeling activities in support of the contract or project
  • Define, manage, and execute contract estimating processes and activities to support tenders and project reviews
  • Be accountable for the quality of own work, subject to direct operations supervision/prescribed work instructions/systems checking
