As a Service Architect, you will be joining a growing delivery team. You will be working closely with the wider delivery team (Service Managers & Operation Leads) alongside the respective Bid teams and will report to the Delivery Director. Your role will be crucial in identifying and overcoming obstacles, ensuring the team's focus on delivering high-quality products and services. You will act as a liaison between various stakeholders to ensure the smooth and successful implementation of new and modified products/services.
