  • Familiarity with technology and platforms deployment, emphasizing Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google in an enterprise environment
  • Industry experience, knowledge of competition, market growth, and value USB devices bring to the conference space
  • Passion about being on a team with the vision to enhance the culture through how we communicate, connect, and collaborate
  • Industry Certifications: Certifications from recognized industry bodies or technology vendors in networking, video technologies, or related fields (e.g., AVIXA, CompTIA Network+, Cisco certifications, Microsoft certifications)
  • Sales and Technical Training: Proven experience in sales methodologies, technical sales, and partner management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical audiences, conduct training, and foster strong relationships with channel partners
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues, think critically, and provide effective solutions in challenging situations
  • Being flexible and adaptable in a rapidly changing technology landscape
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners, fostering a positive and productive working environment
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Availability to travel around Latin America (40% time)

  • Enabling end-user accounts
  • Elevating our technical knowledge through the account management teams
  • Act as the most Senior SE in the region, focusing on helping the Global Account team as well as biggest regional accounts and partners
