Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (typically required)
  • 6+ years of experience in similar area of responsibility
  • Public Safety marketing experience
  • Product knowledge of solutions for Public Safety (inclusive of priority and preemption, mission critical solutions, and mobility)
  • Advanced writing and messaging skills
  • Ability to develop and write effective marketing briefs
  • Understanding of data and performance metrics; proficiency with systems like PowerBI and Tableau
  • Advanced project management experience
  • Understanding of large marketing organizations and critical functions
  • Management of cross-functional teams and projects
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly collaborative and works well in an agile environment
  • Executive presence to inspire confidence and trust with partners
  • Change agent and motivator able to achieve alignment to a shared vision
