Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Preferred: 10 years' experience in wireless industry (prepaid desirable), product management (developing detailed requirements for new offers/services/functionality, customer journey mapping, analytical skills/data analysis & interpretation), product marketing (developing creative, directing agency work, managing production & fulfillment; copy writing skills a plus)
  • Office presence minimum of 5 days per week in posted location(s); no relocation offered

Responsibilities

  • Conduct and analyze investigative studies: Manage comprehensive studies to evaluate market share, effectiveness of current marketing and sales programs, and feasibility of new products; utilize statistical tools to interpret data and provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations
  • Develop and present research findings: Create detailed reports summarizing research outcomes and present to marketing management and stakeholders using clear visual aids
  • Facilitate effective marketing plans: Collaborate with marketing management to develop and refine marketing plans and programs based on research insights, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and market opportunities
  • Consult on marketing opportunities: Provide expert consultation at all levels of marketing to identify and capitalize on new opportunities and assess departmental improvements
  • Other duties as assigned: Continuous monitoring of market trends, secondary data analysis, customer segmentation, journey mapping, and support for marketing and research functions
  • Design, develop, and implement launch strategies and marketing programs to position products/services, drive customer engagement, and support sales growth
