  • Perform other duties as assigned, including monitoring market trends, secondary data analysis, customer segmentation, and journey mapping to support marketing and research functions
  • Lead significant projects with strategic autonomy, influence executive decisions, mentor less experienced staff, and implement long-term plans impacting the organization
