We are seeking a customer-obsessed Lead Product Manager to own the strategy, development, and delivery of core features within our digital Find Care experience. This person will be responsible for building scalable, consumer-grade search and provider selection tools that power multiple front-end experiences across Humana's digital ecosystem, including MyHumana (web and mobile), our guest experience, and third-party integrations.
This role requires strong product judgment, user-centric thinking, and experience working with complex data and search infrastructure. The ideal candidate has led B2C digital products at scale, ideally in healthcare or similarly complex domains, and has a passion for improving people's ability to make informed decisions about their care.

You should anticipate this interview to take about 15 to 30 minutes.
