Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Translate company strategy into a portfolio roadmap with explicit business outcomes; prioritise ruthlessly using business impact, customer value, and cost of delay
  • Lead, mentor, and develop PMs with differentiated coaching; create decision frameworks that empower the team to move fast with clear guardrails
  • Adapt and enforce lightweight governance to track outcomes, risks, and accountability; ensure PMs own delivery details, intervening only to unblock, align, or re-scope
  • Communicate product choices and trade-offs in business terms to stakeholders and executives; run crisp updates focused on impact, decisions, and risks
  • Define and monitor OKRs/KPIs for products and teams in alignment with business objectives; validate hypotheses through experiments and data
  • Own and evolve Lumi’s product portfolio, operating model, and standards; partner with Engineering and Design to shape strategy, unblock delivery, and uphold quality with a commercial lens
