Responsibilities

  • Craft and improve software products to meet customer requirements and regulatory changes
  • Keep track of changing regulatory landscapes and update the product accordingly
  • Research current product capabilities and identify areas for improvement
  • Generate detailed functional specifications for new features
  • Review customer/Product Support team issues and provide timely advice and resolutions
  • Analyze product performance and develop ideas for improvement
  • Come up with ideas to improve product coverage and efficiency
  • Liaise and work closely with Developers and Quality Analysts to ensure seamless product delivery
  • Work closely with Nasdaq teams in other countries
