Responsibilities

Craft and improve software products to meet customer requirements and regulatory changes
Keep track of changing regulatory landscapes and update the product accordingly
Research current product capabilities and identify areas for improvement
Generate detailed functional specifications for new features
Review customer/Product Support team issues and provide timely advice and resolutions
Analyze product performance and develop ideas for improvement
Come up with ideas to improve product coverage and efficiency
Liaise and work closely with Developers and Quality Analysts to ensure seamless product delivery
Work closely with Nasdaq teams in other countries
