Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in sales tech, financial technology, or SaaS tools
  • Proven ability to deliver products that improve seller productivity or customer engagement
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Passion for understanding how sellers work — and making their experience better every day
  • Comfortable operating in cross-functional, fast-paced environments
  • Bonus: Experience with Snowflake or data-driven prospecting platforms
  • Bonus: Familiarity with pipeline generation, sales enablement, or co-selling workflows

Responsibilities

  • Own the vision, roadmap, and delivery of our Prospecting Tool within the Sales Experience platform
  • Partner with Sales, key stakeholders, and Engineering to create intuitive seller journeys
  • Use data, research, and seller feedback to design experiences that save time and accelerate deals
  • Lead discovery to deeply understand how sellers prospect and where technology can help
  • Drive adoption and engagement metrics tied directly to seller efficiency and pipeline growth
