  • Partner with executive leadership, present to stakeholders, and shape strategy through research-backed design thinking
  • Lead cross-functional workshops and facilitate discovery to identify strategic opportunities
  • Define AI governance UX and platform patterns, including admin workflows, policy management tools, administrative AI agents, and real-time risk detection
  • Create design systems and governance frameworks scalable for startups and large enterprises
  • Coach designers and build team capabilities in tackling enterprise complexity
