Requirements

7+ years designing for enterprises, with demonstrated experience driving initiatives across multiple product areas
Experience aligning misaligned stakeholders and partnering with VP-level leadership on product direction
Ability to present to executives and navigate conflicting feedback from sales, engineering, and customer success
Platform thinking: seeing how admin, workspaces, and observability connect and designing cohesive systems
Experience establishing design patterns, governance frameworks, and interaction models for adoption by other teams
Experience shipping admin experiences, RBAC systems, audit trails, or compliance features for thousands of users across stakeholder groups (IT, Security, Compliance, end users)
Ability to design governance and oversight experiences balancing democratized access with controls, making complex systems intuitive

Responsibilities

Drive cross-zone design initiatives across admin, workspaces, and observability surfaces
Navigate competing team priorities, align misaligned stakeholders, and establish shared direction
Transform requirements from sales conversations, compliance audits, and customer feedback into intuitive workflows
Partner with executive leadership, present to stakeholders, and shape strategy through research-backed design thinking
Lead cross-functional workshops and facilitate discovery to identify strategic opportunities
Define AI governance UX and platform patterns, including admin workflows, policy management tools, administrative AI agents, and real-time risk detection
Create design systems and governance frameworks scalable for startups and large enterprises
Coach designers and build team capabilities in tackling enterprise complexity
