Requirements

  • Proficient with SQL and data pipeline management tools such as Snowflake, dbt, Git, Airflow and Python; comfortable owning analytics from ingestion to insights
  • Experience working in payments (preferably) or excited about building an expert understanding of bank products, solutions, and competitors
  • Experience working in a high-growth tech/product environment, ideally working closely with sales and product teams
  • Understand sales cycles (ideally enterprise), familiar with sales metrics/KPIs, and good working knowledge of tools like Salesforce or similar
  • Commercially minded - comfortable with opportunity sizing, forecasting, and scenario modelling
  • Preferably have line management experience, or experience coaching/developing analysts; comfortable working with stakeholders to identify analytics opportunities and create an analytics roadmap
  • Solution-oriented, able to own projects from start to finish, motivate stakeholders, and negotiate timelines
  • Expert at crafting dashboards and visualisations that bring data to life, tell a story, and have diagnostic power (experience in Looker/Superset preferred)
  • Strong track record of applying quantitative analysis to generate actionable insights and drive adoption

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead growth in the Online Platforms Products vertical
  • Work closely with sales, product, engineering, and other teams to launch products with large banks and fintechs
  • As part of the vertical leadership team, shape team priorities by building conviction through insights and analysis
  • Develop a deep understanding of products and opportunity areas, with scope to scale the team
  • Answer key questions including: biggest growth and commercial opportunities; target customers and product positioning; products to build/improve for growth; ways to reduce time to revenue and ensure partner scaling; reducing friction in the transaction lifecycle and improving products/solutions
