Requirements

  • Ability to lawfully access information and technology that is subject to US export controls
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Manufacturing, Quality, or a related technical field
  • 7+ years of product management or technical program management experience, preferably in manufacturing, quality systems, or enterprise software
  • Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, quality professionals, and manufacturing operations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to facilitate alignment across stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to drive projects independently with minimal oversight
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies

Responsibilities

  • Gathering and translating requirements from quality engineers, manufacturing stakeholders, and data scientists into product specifications
  • Building and managing a product roadmap aligned with organizational goals
  • Driving adoption of software tools and promoting digital transformation initiatives within quality and manufacturing domains
  • Facilitating cross-functional communication, resolving stakeholder conflicts, and aligning teams with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Leading user testing, feedback loops, and continuous improvement cycles with a focus on usability and data integrity
  • Managing and prioritizing product backlogs in an agile development environment
  • Ensuring that software tools are designed with statistical rigor, reliability, and scalability
