Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinates aspects of the production area workflow (i.e. people, products, and materials) to meet Master Schedule requirements
  • Coordinates work assignments within the production department, including training, technical support, and process/troubleshooting support
  • Works with internal resources to resolve problems
  • Serves as the Process Line Subject Matter Expert (SME), representing production on projects and training other employees
  • Responsible for the startup and shut down of their line or area
  • Coordinates break schedules and assists with machine operation during breaks
  • Assembles, repairs, inspects, and/or tests products following written instructions
  • Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions and other work-related documents, written in English
  • Set up and operates a variety of manufacturing machines or equipment following written instructions in the English language
  • Clean tools and equipment per documented procedures
  • Record information on approved documents
  • Responsible for compliance with applicable corporate and divisional policies and procedures
  • Solves a wide range of complex problems requiring advanced interpretation of generally defined procedures and practices
