Requirements

Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
Experience in providing mental health services to diverse populations, including those with severe mental illness
Strong clinical skills, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex information to patients and families
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and practice management systems
Experience with evidence-based interventions and practice measurement-based care
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex patient care issues

Responsibilities

Provide individual and group therapy to a panel of complex SMI patients
Supervise and mentor clinical teams, including pre-licensed therapists, licensed therapists, and dieticians
Work in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning sessions with patients
Document patient information and treatment plans in EHRs
Communicate complex information to patients and families, and provide education on mental health conditions and treatment options
Develop and implement practice measurement-based care to improve patient outcomes
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and research projects to advance the field of mental health care
Collaborate with healthcare providers and community partners to provide comprehensive care to patients
Participate in peer support groups and professional development activities to stay current on best practices and research in mental health care
