The Clinical Specialist II is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care to help individuals achieve their goals for improved well-being, partnering with operations to enhance efficiency and access, and collaborating with the clinical team to improve care delivery. Key duties include maintaining productivity standards of 30-37 direct counseling hours per week, engaging in collaborative note-taking, developing treatment plans, participating in treatment team meetings, and attending weekly synchronous health team meetings.
