Responsibilities

The Director of Clinical Review will serve as a senior leader for the Clinical Review team, providing oversight of clinical decision-making for drug management programs. They will offer clinical guidance and mentorship to staff, ensuring customer satisfaction with the review process and supporting client-facing meetings. This role involves resolving cross-functional client escalations, collaborating with sales on RFP documents, and leading the evaluation of opportunities to improve drug management through clinical research and analytics. The director will also identify and execute process improvements, evaluate tools and resources, manage staffing and budgets, and monitor team performance through KPIs and data analytics. Some travel may be required.
